At Luminaress, we offer both digital volumes and made-to-order physical merchandise. Please review the policy below so you know what to expect if you need support with an order.

Digital Products (Downloads)
Due to the nature of digital content, all digital purchases are final and non-returnable / non-refundable once delivered.
That said, we’re happy to help if you experience any technical issues, including:
trouble accessing your download
file delivery errors
corrupted files
missing or incorrect files
If you need assistance, email us with your order number and the email used at checkout, and we’ll help resolve it as quickly as possible.
Physical Merchandise (Made-to-Order)
Many Luminaress physical items are made to order and shipped through trusted fulfillment partners. This helps reduce waste and ensures each piece is produced specifically for you.
Because items are produced on demand, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for:
sizing selection issues
preference-based returns (style, fit, or color expectations)
We recommend reviewing the size chart on each product page before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.
To request a replacement or resolution, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:
your order number
clear photos of the issue
photos of the packaging (if applicable)
Once reviewed, we’ll coordinate a replacement or next steps promptly.
Refunds (If Approved)
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary by payment provider, but typically appear within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs (if applicable) are generally non-refundable unless the issue was due to an error or defect.
