The Artwork
Iris in Light began with a single flower and the idea of allowing it to become an entire visual world.
Pearl, lavender, soft ivory, muted violet, and pale champagne move through the iris in smooth, luminous layers. The flower is rendered at an almost immersive scale, transforming it from botanical subject into color, movement, light, and form.
The original Luminaress artwork continues across the full journal wrap: the iris commands the front cover while softer petals and atmosphere move across the spine and into the quieter back.
The result is less a flower placed on a journal than a journal created inside the world of the flower.

What Is Quietly Taking Shape?
Some things arrive fully formed.
